This is an amazing opportunity to own this very rare original Rover SD1 Vitesse.
A real classic and a head-turner everywhere you go! Drive away for £2,000 or we can help you turn this in to your dream SD1.
Engine: Rover 3.5 V8 EFi. The engine is probably the original and runs well enough, but would benefit from some TLC. We think it would benefit best from a brand new Costcast 4.6 engine with all the trimmings.
Body: This car has the best bodywork we have seen on an SD1 in a very long time. There is a little corrosion around the rear wheel arches, but that's about it. It won't take much to make this car a show winner!
Interior: Completely standard, original and in very good condition. The only area that needs mentioning here is on the rear of each front door card where the edge has caught as the door has been opened.
Gearbox: Original 3 Speed Automatic box. Generally ok, but reverse gear is lazy. We can help you with reconditioning or perhaps fit a 5 Speed Manual box.
Wheels & Tyres: The original 15" Vitesse spoked wheels are in excellent condition. The Uniroyal Rallye 550 (205/60 R15 V) tyres all have even wear on them and between 6 and 7mm of tread left on them.
